Formerly a state-owned Qingdao Third Foundry (Huaqing) Machinery Co., Ltd., it was restructured in 2013 into Qingdao Zeyi Industrial Machinery Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Zeyi Huaqing Machinery Co., Ltd., an industrial entity integrating scientific research, development, production, and operation.

Located on the beautiful west coast of Qingdao, within the Huangdao District of Qingdao City, after nearly 10 years of development and expansion, it now covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with a building area of 10,000 square meters, fixed assets of 30 million yuan, and more than 60 employees, including 16 professional engineering and technical personnel.

Qingdao Zeyi Huaqing Machinery Co., Ltd. has initially formed a domestic center for complete sets of foundry machinery equipment engineering. The company's main technical personnel, management personnel, and workshop technicians all have more than ten years of practical experience in foundry machinery sand treatment and shot blasting cleaning industries.

The company's main products include through-type plate and profile pretreatment lines; hook and chain-type shot blasting chambers; rotary table and trolley-type shot blasting chambers; steel and rubber track shot blasting machines; drum shot blasting machines; various specifications of clay sand and resin sand processing lines; series of sand mixers; sand and powder conveying equipment; bucket elevators and crawler feeders; series of environmental protection dust collectors, etc.; and can design and manufacture various non-standard special-purpose casting machinery according to customer needs.

Our products not only sell well throughout China but are also exported to dozens of countries and regions, including Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, Argentina, Chile, and the United States. All our technicians are from the Qingdao Shuangxing Foundry Machinery Research Institute, possessing over 20 years of experience in foundry machinery technology. They have extensive experience and mature technology, enabling them to complete both initial solution development and final product design for all clients.

Our company uses 3D software for product design, avoiding dimensional and interface errors caused by ordinary drafting software, significantly improving product quality and precision.

In recent years, through strengthening internal and external collaborations, our company has engaged in extensive technical cooperation with research institutions such as Shandong University and Qingdao University of Science and Technology. Simultaneously, we have introduced and absorbed advanced technologies from companies such as +GF+·DISA (Switzerland) and Panbond (USA), enabling our company to reach international advanced levels in product design.

For non-standard products that require at least three months of design time from other departments in the industry, our company can shorten the design time to one month, while ensuring advanced overall machine performance.

[ PRODUCTION CAPACITY ]

For large non-standard products, the equipment manufacturing cycle can be guaranteed to be within three months.

The company possesses over 20 sets of comprehensive machining equipment; two machining centers for processing precision parts of shot blasting machines, ensuring their dynamic and static balance; one dynamic balancing instrument for testing the balance of the shot blasting machine impeller; and a highly skilled team of casting, sheet metal welding, and machining technicians and installation personnel.

It is particularly worth mentioning that, except for standard parts such as motors, reducers, bearings, and electric hoists, all other components, including sheet metal weldments and machined parts, are manufactured in-house, facilitating quality control. Furthermore, regarding after-sales service, there are no triangular relationships or disputes; our company is fully responsible for after-sales service, enabling rapid problem-solving. This also eliminates profits for outsourcing units, reducing overall machine costs and directly benefiting the user.

[ NEW MATERIALS AND NEW PROCESSES ]

We are consistently committed to adopting new materials and processes to improve the quality of our cleaning equipment:

All steel plates, profiles, or components of the equipment are shot-blasted to remove rust and then coated with a protective primer.

[ TECHNICAL SERVICES AND TRAINING ]

After the equipment installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing are completed

The supplier's technical personnel will provide at least two weeks of technical training on operation, maintenance, and repair to the user's equipment operators and maintenance personnel.

Upon delivery of the equipment, the supplier will provide three copies of the equipment maintenance manual, three copies of the list of purchased and consumable parts, three copies of the equipment installation general drawing, three copies of the equipment foundation drawing, and three copies of the electrical and pneumatic control schematic diagrams, free of charge. The supplier will also provide certificates of conformity and instruction manuals for the major purchased components.

During the "Three Guarantees" period, the supplier is responsible for repairing or replacing any faults or damaged parts that occur due to normal use (excluding consumable parts).

The supplier guarantees to provide spare parts for the products leaving the factory. The supplier has a finished goods inventory of consumable parts worth 10 million RMB, and provides spare parts for equipment repair and maintenance to domestic and foreign users year-round.
